CPI®-1516 Series compressor lubricants are formulated with the highest quality polyalkylene glycol (PAG) combined with a high performance additive package. These lubricants are specifically formulated to be stable and miscible with hydrocarbons.
The CPI-1516 Series is particularly well suited to high temperature R-290 applications as their low volatility and high viscosity index significantly reduce the amount of lubricant in the gas stream, and any high temperature alteration will not cause deposition.
The 1516 series consists of CPI-1516-32, CPI-1516-68, CPI-1516-100 and CPI-1516-150. These lubricants offer many advantages:
- Miscibility with hydrocarbons
- Resistance to oxidation
- Excellent lubricity
