A specially deodorised propellant of very high purity, NovaSpray™ n-pentane S can be used in cosmetic product formulations. Consistently high quality, it meets the requirements of the aerosol industry.
NovaSprayTM n-pentane S is soluble in resins and most components that are insoluble in butanes/propanes, and is miscible with most polar and non-polar solvents, enabling a wide range of formulations to be developed.
Its low density makes it an economical alternative to ethanol as a solvent. It has no effect on the ozone layer and a negligible impact on the greenhouse effect.
