ISSUES : R 22T ban !

The use of virgin R-22 was prohibited for the service and maintenance of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment on 1st January 2010.

Until 31st December 2014 it is permissible to top up existing systems with recycled or reclaimed R-22.

On 1st January 2015, the total ban on the use of HCFCs becomes effective. The use of reclaimed or recycled R-22 is no longer possible. Systems containing this product can continue to be operated but cannot be topped up if maintenance is required.

Plan ahead, do not put cooling from your system at risk !

SOLUTIONS TO REPLACE R-22

For each application, replacement refrigerants are available for direct expansion systems.

Refrigeration Applications:
R-407F, R-422D, R-427A, R-407A, R-438A, L20, ...

Air Conditioning Applications:
R-422D, R-427A, R-407C, R-438A, N20, L20, ....
